Jay Townsend was excellent. I could not remember how to get online and redeem 28000 points. He got me through the whole process and ended up reducing the bill by $100. Most employees would not have gone to the detail he did. The whole process was great.

My product specialist, Chris Henson was great to work with. No pressure at all to make the purchase. Not the typical pressure salesman I have experienced in the past. I would highly recommend if you are looking to purchase, ask for Chris to assist you. Also the Finance Director, Melissa McCombs was excellent in finalizing the purchase. I actually drove 100 miles to make this purchase and I would do it all over again! Great job Champion!
