Jay, the service representative was the most accommodating rep I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. I bought my equinox from an out of state GM dealership other than champion and was not happy that that dealership never notified me of recalls on my equinox so consequently I’ve had to be burdened with the expense of two fixes of recalls that had expired shortly before the problems surfaced. My complaints to GM about this have gone unanswered but my experience with Champion was satisfactory.

Headed to work and received a low tire warning. The service team got me right in and even completed a recall while I waited. They put me in a conference room so I could attend a work zoom. I cannot tell you the number of people who offered me coffee. Absolutely amazing service! I would seriously recommend.

Came in and worked with Vickie Ireland. The whole process was very enjoyable. Vickie is great at what she does and is so helpful in finding exactly what you want at a great price. Matt was also great helping on the paperwork and financial side of things. Would highly recommend Champion to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
