Do not trust the website for inventory. I drove from Louisville to buy a car with cash to arrive only to find out the car was sold "DAYS" ago. I checked the site before I left to make sure it was still listed. Almost 2 hours of my day wasted. Some of that is on me for not calling but in 2024, I'd expect the website to be updated when a car is sold as part of that transaction not wait days and waste people's time. Whomever is processing paper work isn't doing the other half of their job by updating the site. I get the fast turn over on the inventory but "as part of a sale," the cars should be removed. Other than that the salesperson that worked with us was very nice and accommodating. I'm sure they are delightful otherwise based on my limited interaction.

My experience with them was great! I have been looking for a very specific Trailblazer for a while now and they had exactly what I was looking for. Kaitlin got with me right away to set up an appointment time to be able to check the vehicle out. I met with Bennett who was very friendly and courteous. He made sure to show me all the features the vehicle had to offer which just made me love it even more. Melissa was the one who helped me with the financing end and she too was very nice and helpful with the whole process. My appointment was at 5:00 and they closed at 6:00, and I didn’t get out of there until almost 7:00 but neither Bennett or Melissa ever seemed like they were trying to rush me through the process to get out of there. They were professional and still detail oriented no matter how late it got. I made the short drive to La Grange to find out why no one beats a Champion and I would very much recommend them for your next car buying experience!
