Everything was fixed as requested but the communication back to customer during the entire process could be better. The service department went above to find all out of service parts. I am very thankful for that. However a call saying we have received the parts. We will start work tomorrow. I called twice and left messages to find out status ir charge? All in all a very good experience

Our sales representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. But we overpaid on my granddaughters, 2024 Enclave of 202.00 Dollars on march 22nd So I contacted matthew cooper of the finance Department on April 14th To see when they was going to send our check. He said he would take care of it. But he did not call back 2 more times he would not answer the phone a girl named Emily, she would take care of it. I'm pretty sure she is the one that answers the phone. So she took care of my problem, not matthew cooper

My alternator went and I called several dealers and they all said one month before we could see you. I called champion and explained I could not be without a car for a month and they took me the next day. They even got me a rental car and got my car fixed in two days. I recommend them highly. They treated me with the most upmost respect.

My wife and I were on the lot looking for a potential vehicle for her, and I stopped in the service center to ask if they could do an oil change while we were there. No notice at all, and they got me right in! Great customer service, and very much appreciated.
