My experience at this dealership is beyond anything I could have imagined. Samantha and Jack both went above and beyond to help me in a stressful moment in life. My driveshaft on my new GMC Terrain was destroyed by road debris while I was traveling 1600 miles from Texas to Pennsylvania! Not only did Jack happen to find a driveshaft but the mechanic at the shop was able to put it on the very same day I dropped it off!! What would have put a few days into my trip, the team at Champion Chevrolet saved my time and my trip!! I will forever be a loyal customer of General Motors because of this team!!! Keep up the great work yall!!! P.S. the new driveshaft is working like a charm, I got home with my fiance safe and sound!!

I purchased a vehicle here. I had a few issues, but staff was responsive and handled everything well. The issues were with the vehicle and not the fault of the dealer, but they handled it and resolved everything. I would purchase from this dealer again, as they displayed trust and honesty in the sale and resolving the issues.

Recently bought a Yukon from Quentin. I had spoke to him earlier in the week and they didn’t have what I was looking for. He called me 2 days later to let me know someone had backed out of a purchase. We instantly agreed to purchase. We live 4.5 hours away and between Mariah, Quentin & Raymond they had everything ready to go when we got there. We even asked for a few last minute modifications and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate those requests. Will absolutely do business with them again!

Our purchase of a 2024 Terrain Denali was just completed, and we are very pleased. I found Chris to be personable, professional and very customer led. He obviously is very knowledgeable about the GMC products and capably explained the technology we were not aware of in the car. Easy to converse with and not "pushy" at all, Chris made the buying process smooth and easily completed. From our first view of the car until we drove it off the lot, we were treated as valued customers. If we are as impressed with the vehicle as we are with our experience at Champion, we will be very satisfied.
