First time dealing with champion Chevrolet. I was in a small accident and that’s where the other persons insurance sent me for the body work and paint. They did an excellent job on the repair on my truck. They even washed the whole truck, shined the tires and rims and vacuumed the inside of my truck. Very nice touch that shows they care about their work and customer service. Easy to deal with and great communication

Driving through with the family on spring break today and had a cylinder start misfiring on the highway. We stopped to see if they could help us out and we were so terrified we would be high and dry. The staff was so nice from the salesman that greeted us, to the cashier, to the service dept., literally everyone! Even more to my surprise, they had us back on the road in under 2 hours even though they had to get the part delivered. Very thankful for our interaction today, quality service, and just pure kindness. What could have killed our vibe for the week ended up being a blessing. Thank you so much!

I’ve used Champion Chevrolet as my body shop twice in the last year (please don’t judge my driving) once was my fault and once wasn’t. I have a Lexus SUV and I thought I’d have to go to specialty body shop but my insurance company recommended Champion so I went. The outcome each time was impeccable as you’d never know that I had an accident. Kyle & Dawn were awesome in keeping me in the loop. Big plus….Enterprise Rent A Car was right next door. Billy was great during the sale process but make sure you get the vehicle you are interested in inspected off site. After 3 months and just over 3000 miles I have a list of issues totaling a third of the price of the vehicle. In that time I have already had to have the back brakes and rotors changed and now have to do the same for the front as well as a list of other issues that should have been caught in that inspection at the time of sale according to multiple mechanics that have had to inspect my vehicle since purchase. Sale process was easy but everything since then has not been easy in the slightest. (To clarify on the response from the dealership, the check was written to cover the out of pocket expenses I paid shortly after the purchase to replace the rear brakes that were apparently overlooked during the inspection, much like the front brakes that now need to be replaced. When the only option you can offer is “how about something more expensive?” You have obviously done a poor job working with your “valued customers”. Add to the fact that the initial 1 star review was because of the dealerships inability to respond to questions about the issue for multiple days after multiple attempts to contact were made followed by an angry call made to me by someone named Karen. Bringing your customers finances into your response to a review of your shortcomings as a company is childish and a great representation of how you handle your business once you have someone’s name on paper.)

I have always had great sales service with Vicki over several years. I had been thinking of a mid-size SUV when my last granddaughter was born in January. Wanted something bigger, newer, and safer. Vicki worked with me on purchasing a 2022 Buick Enclave Avenir. She owns one, so she was full of knowledge regarding the vehicle. It made my decision easier. It might be a few before I need to purchase another vehicle, but when I do, if Vicki is still around, she will be who I turn to.

Do not trust the website for inventory. I drove from Louisville to buy a car with cash to arrive only to find out the car was sold "DAYS" ago. I checked the site before I left to make sure it was still listed. Almost 2 hours of my day wasted. Some of that is on me for not calling but in 2024, I'd expect the website to be updated when a car is sold as part of that transaction not wait days and waste people's time. Whomever is processing paper work isn't doing the other half of their job by updating the site. I get the fast turn over on the inventory but "as part of a sale," the cars should be removed. Other than that the salesperson that worked with us was very nice and accommodating. I'm sure they are delightful otherwise based on my limited interaction.

Noticed a vehicle that I was interested in at Champion Chevrolet and met Bennett our salesman. What a great experience with him! He made us feel welcome and trusted us to take a test drive. There was no pressure to buy but answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the car and how it operated even though it was a Ford! Quentin was Very helpful from the beginning until the end, most things were handled over the phone because of my transportation issues, but Quentin made things as smooth as possible for me. When it was time to actually purchase, he came all the way to not only provide me a ride back to the car lot, but to the bank as well to secure my funds. I didn’t find exactly what I wanted due to the budget I had, but I got what I could afford, and it seemed to be a great compromise. So far I’ve had no major issues, just loud wind through windshield and windows when driving, but if that’s my only issue, then I still consider this to have been a great deal, and a great experience.

Great way to start off the New Years!! We had already picked out the vehicle we wanted before coming so we already knew what we wanted but Chris was very helpful and professional during the process and was ready to help us. We were able to put a holding deposit down on the truck over the New Years while we waited on the banks to open back up. Just got done writing a complaint about the service to Chevrolet so I figure it might be as well to maybe warn others about my experience. In short - the service experience for my Bolt confirmed my previous experience trying to buy....they failed to communicate and treated me poorly all the way through the process. When I bought the car the dealer were SPECTACULARLY useless for any normal dealer service - be that finance (never asked) trade in (never asked) indication of programs like the install charger program (they had no idea it even existed) and I'm STILL - after 9 freaking months - waiting for them to hook me up with the $500 EV-GO credit. Basically - they are the absolute worst advert for Chevrolet possible - it's all too hard, and unless you come in practically begging them to take your money they won't move a muscle. I have honestly no idea how they have managed to stay in business round here because the local folks buying $100k pickups ought to be giving them short shrift.

Tony Plappert helped my husband and I decide about making a major repair to our vehicle by giving us all the details regarding the issues and what would need to be done to diagnose and fix the problem as well as the preventative things we could do to not have further engine issues. He called the warranty place multiple times for us as well to see if we had any coverage. The engine had to be pulled out and reinstalled to fix our issue. The car was surprisingly repaired in 1 day after the diagnosis and the service was excellent!
