Best experience and true customer service!! Allen and Melissa was absolutely awesome! Ive not had the best luck lately and not great credit.....yet they made it happen. Im loving my new Trax that came with a powertrain warrenty as well as other perks! They really know how to take care of their customers....friendly..patient...convenient and best prices around! No one wants their car to have expensive repairs.... Especially two weeks before Christmas. But I was so thankful that Champion was able to work me into the schedule to fix my engine light. I thought the issue was an oxygen sensor, but it turned out to be much more serious than that. Champion did an awesome job at the repair and it turned out that my invoice was much less than the quoted amount. The service department is awesome and extremely trustworthy! I would not have known any different if I had been charged the more expensive amount. Thank you to Champion for being an honest business in the community!
