We Worked Kyle at Champion motors he was very easy to work with, he always answered our phone calls and if he didn't no the answer to a question he would find out and call us right back. On my appointment date they got me in early, while the issue was finicky and they were not able to re-create the taillight issue. I left with the issue seeming resolved when I reached back out because it wasn’t they were prompt to get me in the following morning to have the issue addressed and fixed with more information . All staff were more than patient and polite, this vehicle is not even a brand of theirs but a vehicle purchased off the lot and they took great care of us. I’ve never had any issues from the day we bought the vehicle they really treat you like family.

My experience at this dealership is beyond anything I could have imagined. Samantha and Jack both went above and beyond to help me in a stressful moment in life. My driveshaft on my new GMC Terrain was destroyed by road debris while I was traveling 1600 miles from Texas to Pennsylvania! Not only did Jack happen to find a driveshaft but the mechanic at the shop was able to put it on the very same day I dropped it off!! What would have put a few days into my trip, the team at Champion Chevrolet saved my time and my trip!! I will forever be a loyal customer of General Motors because of this team!!!
