I have always had great sales service with Vicki over several years. I had been thinking of a mid-size SUV when my last granddaughter was born in January. Wanted something bigger, newer, and safer. Quentin was Very helpful from the beginning until the end, most things were handled over the phone because of my transportation issues, but Quentin made things as smooth as possible for me. When it was time to actually purchase, he came all the way to not only provide me a ride back to the car lot, but to the bank as well to secure my funds. I didn’t find exactly what I wanted due to the budget I had, but I got what I could afford, and it seemed to be a great compromise. So far I’ve had no major issues, just loud wind through windshield and windows when driving, but if that’s my only issue, then I still consider this to have been a great deal, and a great experience.

Great way to start off the New Years!! We had already picked out the vehicle we wanted before coming so we already knew what we wanted but Chris was very helpful and professional during the process and was ready to help us. We were able to put a holding deposit down on the truck over the New Years while we waited on the banks to open back up. Tony Plappert helped my husband and I decide about making a major repair to our vehicle by giving us all the details regarding the issues and what would need to be done to diagnose and fix the problem as well as the preventative things we could do to not have further engine issues. He called the warranty place multiple times for us as well to see if we had any coverage. The engine had to be pulled out and reinstalled to fix our issue. The car was surprisingly repaired in 1 day after the diagnosis and the service was excellent!

I bought a used 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe in beautiful condition from a local GMC dealership and within the first week had blown a rear strut. When I reached out to the dealership I bought it from, they were not able to work me in to even LOOK at my car for three weeks. So I took the opportunity to start calling around to find a proper Chevrolet dealership. As providence would have it, I was able to be seen same-day at Champion Chevrolet. From the woman who answered the phone in the service department, to Cedrick my service advisor, to the person who ran to Huntsville to get the parts needed, and Bruce who performed the work (and don’t forget Shaw who ran me to the bank!)I received top-notch service. Everyone was friendly and considerate, knowledgeable and honest. It’s hard to know who to trust when it comes to taking care of your car, and I am so grateful to know I have a partner in Champion Chevrolet! More grateful I could not be.

I came to Champion with a need for diagnostic concerning my 2020 GMC Sierra. My appointment was for 8 AM, I was greeted and checked in promptly. I actually was expecting to wait for a long period due to the fact I wasn’t sure what the problem was. By 9:15 am I was informed what the issue was and that a replacement part had been sent for in Louisville . I was told as soon as the part arrived it would be installed and I would be back on the road. I was checked out by noon. This is the second truck I have bought from Champion, when I’m ready to trade for another truck I will be returning to Champion . Good sales and good service mean a lot

We left the dealership without buying that evening in order to discuss the financial commitment, change in insurance, and verify the vehicle amenities before making such an expensive investment.
