I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to wait 2 hours and 40 minutes only to find out when I went to pay that they forgot to do the tire rotation. I’m very disappointed

I went to Champion without a reservation time to get a front end alignment. I was not in a hurry for it to be done, expecting to wait for a couple of days for the work to be done. Jay, the service manager, was a very nice guy and hustled to find out when my work would be performed. Jay told me that my vehicle would be ready the next day. My vehicle was ready by 10:00 a.m. That is much quicker than I has anticipated. I am very happy with Jay, and the Champion service team.

Lack of communication even with all the options they sent. Had my vehicle for 3 weeks. They said if I had questions to text the number they sent me. Texts went unanswered, voice mails left were never returned. And when wrong service writer would answer they would take a message and it would be a few more phone call before I heard back.

My experience at this dealership is beyond anything I could have imagined. Samantha and Jack both went above and beyond to help me in a stressful moment in life. My driveshaft on my new GMC Terrain was destroyed by road debris while I was traveling 1600 miles from Texas to Pennsylvania! Not only did Jack happen to find a driveshaft but the mechanic at the shop was able to put it on the very same day I dropped it off!! What would have put a few days into my trip, the team at Champion Chevrolet saved my time and my trip!! I will forever be a loyal customer of General Motors because of this team!!! I always use Champion for oil changes. My visits take about an hour, and the service is always good. This most recent visit, however, took a bit over two hours. After waiting so long, and after my car was ready, I learned the shop was understaffed that day. If you are understaffed and things are taking longer than usual, please say so up front.

Work ran over into next day truck was not put at the front of the line in fact not ready until after lunch (oil change tire rotation) wire left hanging out after sub woofer installation makes you question whether the work was done correctly

I bought a used 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe in beautiful condition from a local GMC dealership and within the first week had blown a rear strut. When I reached out to the dealership I bought it from, they were not able to work me in to even LOOK at my car for three weeks. So I took the opportunity to start calling around to find a proper Chevrolet dealership. As providence would have it, I was able to be seen same-day at Champion Chevrolet. From the woman who answered the phone in the service department, to Cedrick my service advisor, to the person who ran to Huntsville to get the parts needed, and Bruce who performed the work (and don’t forget Shaw who ran me to the bank!)I received top-notch service. Everyone was friendly and considerate, knowledgeable and honest. It’s hard to know who to trust when it comes to taking care of your car, and I am so grateful to know I have a partner in Champion Chevrolet! More grateful I could not be.

Jay seems like a real straight shooter. Nice guy, and honest. Recommended that I just buy the part and install myself. Good thing, too as the service is a bit slow. However, you are the closest Chevy dealership to my house, so that means I'll be returning. Next time, I'll be a drop off customer, though. Oh--I had to call to make sure my part was there. The parts department never bothered to call.

Went in for a recall on my son's car. The waiting area was very comfortable. Good thing, I knew I'd have to wait for awhile, not being a paying customer. Had a 2 hr wait. Went to office and inquired how much longer, then they brought my car up. There was a miscommunication between the staff.
