I usually don't write reviews but I felt I needed to call out Mamie and Billy from this store. Both of them are so patient and kind and too the point. I don't feel like I was being swindled or tricked. They gave me and my dad a real solid price on a used F150. Most places you go to have the sales guy going back and forth to the "Talk to the Manager" every time you disagree with their price or threaten to walk away. But not these guys. Honest and straightforward and even stayed till after closing to close a deal that my dad didn't make easy for them. If your looking for a new or used car for a very fair price then don't go anywhere else. They have great reviews all around for a reason. They didn't even ask for a review but they deserve it.

I had an appointment for a simple tune up and it took 6 days. I had to call to get updates. I wasn't told about an additional 3 percent charge until I was heading to the cashier. If I known ahead of time, I would have brought cash. I had to ask for a little off the bill for my inconvenience, which was eaten by the surcharge. After 6 days, the least they could have done was wash the car. But they did not. The car sounds louder than when I took it in.

I have always had a good experience getting my vehicle serviced here, although a chaotic atmosphere. Prices are very expensive, I’m not sure why it’s advertised as a $60 oil change, when in fact it’s closer to $80 with all the fees tacked on after the fact!? It’s an oil change, isn’t it per usual to dispose of the oil & add a filter with these things not being extra?

Of course, there were opportunities to add on warranties, and other services, but the sales tactics were not high pressure, and they quickly moved along when we declined. Vickie was our sales person. She is very knowledgeable about our new truck and its features. She is very easy to work with and I would use again in the future. She gets 5 stars. The only thing that I didn’t like is the fact that the dealership itself preinstalled two items. One that I actually liked was the auxiliary brake light that flashes for about 2 seconds then goes solid red. The other thing is an AVAS gps system that would locate your truck if it was stolen and also tell you when your vehicle needs servicing, all for the outrageous price of $799. Then going back and rereading all of the paperwork that you had to sign, it is only good for 36 months.

When appointments were scheduled we were not left waiting as our appointment time was kept and our time was respected .There were no issues with pricing (we did visit other dealerships.). I recently worked with Bennett on ordering a new Bolt. At first reaching out, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and never pushed me to make a decision until I was ready (which was not the case with many other dealers in the area) and affirmed that there would be no "market adjustment" or mandatory equipment added to the sales cost. When it came time to ordering, he walked me through the process, never tried to upsell anything, and told me an expected timeline of 4-6 months, which I knew would be the case going in. During the build process, he checked in and provided updates on the status. The vehicle arrived after only 2 months. There was an issue with the brake module that was found when I test drove it. Not a knock on the dealership, as Bennett made sure to get it to the service department where they were able to fit a new part and work with GM to get all the software updated. When it came down to paperwork, there was no pressure on add-ons or financing, merely a yes or no question and then the signatures. A welcome change of pace from most dealers. The reason for the drop of a star is that I had ordered the lighter interior option and the vehicle showed up with the darker interior. Not a deal breaker, but a bit disappointing when ordering a vehicle and the paperwork shows the discrepancy.
