I was not looking forward to the process of buying my first new car in 16 years. I was apprehensive and worried I would have to deal with pushy salesmen. I am so glad I went to Champion. My salesman Chris was wonderful. He was not pushy at all. They definitely offer some extras (warranties, etc) but were understanding when I declined. They seemed to respect my budget, which I greatly appreciated!! Chris was very kind and patient and good-humored with my test-driving, even when I changed my mind entirely and bought a car that I did not even intend to test drive but could not resist when I saw it in person (2025 Trailblazer in Marina Blue--so gorgeous!!). Chris went through a LOT of trouble to get me the educator rebate ($500!) and texted me to see if I needed help with any of the pre-purchase process. He was very thoughtful and caring! Matt is the finance person and also very kind and patient and understanding. He even let me choose my license plate and did not make me feel bad when I declined an enhancement of the warranty I was not sure I could afford. I received a tour of the facility, will get my first oil change for free, and even took home a 'swag bag' with beautiful key chains, etc. I even got to meet Fred the owner. I was impressed with his friendly demeanor and generosity. I really feel like this was the best dealership I could have gone to and I truly appreciate being treated so kindly. For all these reasons, I highly recommend Champion Chevrolet to everyone!

What to say, whay to say, I cannot express enough gratitude toward this place. My wife and I have been searching tirelessly to get me a newer truck and to get her out of her kia and back into a truck. I came across champion Chevrolet on cargurus. They had 2 used trucks that peaked our interest. I got ahold of them on a Monday and by friday we had a deal worked out on not one but both of the trucks. We worked with Vicki and John for the sale and with Matt for the financing. We have dealt with numerous different car dealers throughout the years and, one thing we have notice is that usually when you leave a deleaership you feel takin advantage of. Well that was definitely not the case with this place. We left very happy and felt that we got more than a fair deal. They definitely went above and beyond any expectations of a dealership. I was very impressed with the fact of even on used vehicles they do a full service and detail. John would not let me take one of my trucks home until it had the service done and checked out good. Mind you we live 2 and half hours away and did the drive with 2 kids. So it’s been almost two months since I bought my awesome 2015 Toyota Avalon from my dad at Champion Chevy Buick GMC in Lagrange KY. Let me just tell you all if you have the chance to buy from Matt Cooper you should. Update... after checking my credit report I noticed they ran my credit thru 6 different lenders after requesting and stating I already had financing and asked that they do not run my credit. Beware. Will not go back.
