Incredible customer experience! I was looking to purchase a used vehicle for our daughter. I had a specific vehicle in mind and couldn't find one locally, so I started looking online and came across one at Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. I just purchased a new Silverado 1500 and had a wonderful experience working with Allen Bolden. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Some things to work on for the dealership (and get that fifth star) would be to improve the WiFi service to enable faster transfer of electronic documents, and to have a current and organized list of information for new vehicles on hand. For example, it took us a while to come to an agreement on available incentives. Overall, though, good job!
