Just bought a used pickup truck from Champion, and I was extremely impressed with everyone involved. Kyle knew I was coming for a test drive with very limited time, and he had everything lined up and ready to go for me. He clearly knew the vehicle well, answered all my questions, and was easy to work with. After we had decided on moving forward, Melissa took care of the finance portion, and she was awesome. She also had everything prepped ahead of time and kept things moving quickly. I’m not someone that typically enjoys car/truck shopping, but they made this an awesome experience! I highly recommend.

I had my car serviced by Champion after it was hit. Kyle and his crew made the whole transition smooth starting from the estimate, ordering the parts, getting me in once they arrived, and it's complete turn around time was fast as well. I appreciate all of the updates I received along the way as well. Once it was ready I couldn't believe how not only the outside of my car looked, but the inside hasn't looked this good since I first bought my car! I can't say thank you enough, and greatly appreciate the assistance with my rental as well. If your looking for a place to take your car for repairs, look no further. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! 🌟 🤩

Kyle was friendly. Typical sales tatics used, present price, I reject, let me talk to my manager, present price, I reject. This went on and on for about 5-6 times. During test drive, I mentioned that I thought the truck jerked when downshifting. Kyle said it was a bump in the road . I said no that was not a bump in the road. They were suppose to clear out the low tire pressure message flashing light . They did not. Once the deal was made, it took close to an hour to get the truck from detail as I was told it was done 45 minutes earlier. I had made it very clear that I needed to be back in Crestview Hills northern Ky by 2 pm to pickup my wife from doctor appt. The truck did not get to me until 1:45 pm. So if I had it to do all over again, I would not. Then when I ask for previous owner contact info so so could reach out to them, I was told that would not happen. But then I found out that it was Law that a dealership had to provide that info when asked by the prospective buyer. I finally got it. So I am not real happy with my experience. Plus I got totally screwed on the trade in value of my truck. I think I have said enough.

I’ve used Champion Chevrolet as my body shop twice in the last year (please don’t judge my driving) once was my fault and once wasn’t. I have a Lexus SUV and I thought I’d have to go to specialty body shop but my insurance company recommended Champion so I went. The outcome each time was impeccable as you’d never know that I had an accident. Kyle & Dawn were awesome in keeping me in the loop. Big plus….Enterprise Rent A Car was right next door. Great service.
