A intermittent problem my daughter was having with the vehicle that you repaired a month ago.could not be duplicated. Your men looked at the suspension and drove the vehicle and could find any problem. There was no charge for the attempt to duplicate the problem.

Quentin was Very helpful from the beginning until the end, most things were handled over the phone because of my transportation issues, but Quentin made things as smooth as possible for me. When it was time to actually purchase, he came all the way to not only provide me a ride back to the car lot, but to the bank as well to secure my funds. I didn’t find exactly what I wanted due to the budget I had, but I got what I could afford, and it seemed to be a great compromise. So far I’ve had no major issues, just loud wind through windshield and windows when driving, but if that’s my only issue, then I still consider this to have been a great deal, and a great experience.

Just got done writing a complaint about the service to Chevrolet so I figure it might be as well to maybe warn others about my experience. In short - the service experience for my Bolt confirmed my previous experience trying to buy....they failed to communicate and treated me poorly all the way through the process. When I bought the car the dealer were SPECTACULARLY useless for any normal dealer service - be that finance (never asked) trade in (never asked) indication of programs like the install charger program (they had no idea it even existed) and I'm STILL - after 9 freaking months - waiting for them to hook me up with the $500 EV-GO credit. Basically - they are the absolute worst advert for Chevrolet possible - it's all too hard, and unless you come in practically begging them to take your money they won't move a muscle. I have honestly no idea how they have managed to stay in business round here because the local folks buying $100k pickups ought to be giving them short shrift.

I have bought and traded many vehicles but this latest purchasing experience was over the top for me! Chris Henson, my salesman, was nothing less than outstanding. I gave Champion Chevrolet a call one evening looking hard for this specific truck and Chris made sure that I ended up with the keys just two days later. The real impressive factor here is that when I arrived, my truck was parked on display in front, all paperwork was prepped, and I was welcomed with a truly positive buying experience. It all started and ended with Chris!
