Issues arose on the 1st purchase and everything was taken care of immediately and to my satisfaction. When I call, Sherry is also so pleasant. My sales person Todd W. has a great attitude. Bill G. went out of his way to answer all of my 1,000 questions. Finance was an easy process. Everyone in service has taken exceptional care of me. Just purchased a 2015 Equinox from Bill Morrison at Champion and could not be happier! At 23, and this being my first big purchase, we started at Champion and decided to check out a few other local dealerships to see what was out there. We ended up back at Champion when we realized none of the other dealerships could compete. Bill worked with me in order to get the best vehicle for my budget, and never pressured me into something I couldn't afford or didn't want. In the off chance Bill was unavailable the rest of the staff at Champion was available and happy to help, and answer any questions I had ( and trust me I had A LOT of questions!) Vickie Sat with me for at least 45 minutes in order to set up On Star, and to show me how to use all of the new extras. I definitely recommend Champion, and will be back in a few years for another purchase!
