When I first started using Champion about 2 1/2 years ago they were wonderful and I sent many friends their way. I took my car in for service 3 weeks ago and was called the next day and informed my timing chain needed to be replaced and it would cost almost $6000 along with new brakes and a couple other small issues. Needless to say, I did my homework and found there had been a warranty extension on my 2007 GMC Acadia and it was completely covered by GM. I am truly disappointed in Champion for a number of reasons. 1-they should have told me about this warranty extension considering they told us later that they had another the week before they fixed under the same extension. I shouldn't have had to do the research. 2-they have had my car 3 weeks this Thursday and we haven't heard a word from them til my husband went up there last week and they "just got the part in". REALLY? I am sure they are doing other cars ahead of mine since they get paid more for that than warranty work. They told my husband it would be less than a week and here it is going on a week tomorrow and haven't heard from them. Is it to much for an update every now and then? I have completely lost trust in them and neither my husband nor I will be returning with any of our cars in the future.

I found my dream GMC Denali at Champion and while it is preowned I was treated like I was buying new. My search for the Denali resulted in finds at big city dealerships and I know what often comes with those dealerships - mediocre customer service by a 20-something sales guy. I drove over 90 minutes from Indiana to Champion because it was a smaller dealership and I was hopeful for a better experience. I met Chris who has years of experience with sales and most importantly with the vehicle I was interested it. Unlike past experiences with other dealerships when buying preowned where you’re handed the keys and sent out the door, Chris went above my expectation's by taking the time to give me a full orientation of the truck. He even filled the fuel tank! Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful process and it still was but Champion exceeded my expectations with the service provided.

I initially had a bad experience with some routine maintenance…. However after expressing my disappointment I was contacted within 48 hours and a respectable resolve was found….. I definitely have to give credit to Champion and their customer service…… 👍🏻

I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Champion. They seem to have the most unique vehicles. The first experience was great and the 2nd even better. Issues arose on the 1st purchase and everything was taken care of immediately and to my satisfaction. When I call, Sherry is also so pleasant. My sales person Todd W. has a great attitude. Bill G. went out of his way to answer all of my 1,000 questions. Finance was an easy process. Everyone in service has taken exceptional care of me. I always feel welcome when I walk in the door whereas other dealers I can walk in and never get acknowledged. I would recommend the drive to Champion.
