Y'all know me...Maroon Buick Encore. They KNOW they sold me a damaged vehicle and did a pretty good job of hiding it. I've had nothing but problems from Christine since I drove it off the lot. Granted, it was used, but they "certified" it - yep, certified junk. Now, another $7k later and a new engine, hopefully it will run for more than a month. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Response to owner response: Why would I bring my vehicle to a dealership for repairs? YOU'RE TOO EXPENSIVE! Of course I didn't. That doesn't mean it didn't have problems. You know you sold me a lemon. No excuse for that.

Amy, we are very sorry to hear that your vehicle has not lived up to your expectations. We looked into where we fell short, however there has not been any type of service issue reported from you post-purchase. Firstly, we set a high standard for ourselves as shown by our 1000+ 5-star reviews. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers throughout, and after the sell of a new or used vehicle. I see that you purchased your 2014 Encore in 2021 with over 90,000 miles; therefore, it would not be qualified a certified vehicle based on the age and mileage. Had you reached out to let us know you had issues, we would have been happy to get our service department involved. Again, I'm sorry to hear that the engine has gone out, but we were not given the opportunity to help in any way prior this this review. Best, Mariah Lange, Sales Manager
