I came in for an oil change, diesel fuel filter change, and 2 recall items on Saturday morning at 8 am. I learned the block heater recall would take 3 hrs, so I asked for and received a loaner car. Around noon, I called to check on the status and learned the mechanic was having problems programming the computer for one of the recall items and it would not be ready. I came in to pick up a few items out of my truck and learned the mechanic had also discovered an oil pan leak and a glycol leak that would be covered under warranty. I authorized the repairs to be completed. The work was completed on Thursday and I picked the truck up that evening. While I thought the work should have been completed at least one day sooner, I was pleased with the service work and the use of the loaner. No complaints from me, and I would highly recommend (and have recommended) others to shop at Champion of LaGrange. Beery Miller

Used the CostcoAuto Program to get a new 2020 Chevy Spark. John was the Costco Auto representative at the dealership and he was laid back and down to earth. Didn't have a 2020 but had a 2019 and got me a real good deal on it. He just dropped it off at work for me and took my trade in since they needed to detail the car and I was closing today. Great place and great people. I recommend.

Great experience at Champion. Jared and Preston were extremely responsive online with my initial inquiry into a vehicle and were willing to give me all the information I needed before I drove up. Needless to say, I bought the vehicle. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I have no doubt I'll be back in the future.

I was broken down with my 7 year old daughter 1,000 miles from home and they treated me like family! Karen Hawkins (service manager) and Tony Plappert (service advisor) were not only quick and thoughtful but made sure my car was ready to make the rest of my trip home!!! Thank you Champion Chevrolet!

Lack of communication even with all the options they sent. Had my vehicle for 3 weeks. They said if I had questions to text the number they sent me. Texts went unanswered, voice mails left were never returned. And when wrong service writer would answer they would take a message and it would be a few more phone call before I heard back.
