I was is a quite a bind needing a quality used vehicle the evening I visited. Quentin my sales rep and Paul the used lot manager very helpful and honest, they worked together to make sure I was provided a quality used car for my budget. An issue came up the vehicle a couple of months after the purchase. The service department went above and beyond! They repaired the issue with no cost to me. I will definitely go back to Champion for my next vehicle need!

Amazing experience! We were pre approved out of state buyers and saw the vehicle online. Todd was responsive, professional and HONEST from the beginning. We flew in to drive the vehicle home. We had a couple of very minor things come up outside of their control but both Todd and Paul worked to make it right! Ms McCombs in the finance office brought it all home with amazing service - again honest and personable. Bought a lot of cars in my life and this was truly the best experience ever! I cannot praise this place enough. To make a long story short we purchased a used vehicle from them. There was a check engine light on the truck. They took it to Tri-County Ford to get it fixed since we purchased a used Ford at a Chevy dealership. Tri-county fixed it, and a week later the check engine light came back on and the moon roof stopped working. I called Champion and they requested to bring it to them. They gave me a rental and took the truck back to Tri-County. Tri-County sat on the truck for over three weeks, the whole time I was kept in the loop by Champion. Tri-County tells us they cannot duplicate the code. The sales manager goes to pick the truck up and on the way back the check engine light comes back on. Paul calls me and lets me know that they are just going to have their guys look at it if I am ok with it. They fix the issue and fix the sunroof/moonroof issue all covered by Champion. I can tell you this they have a customer for life. Hands down one of the best dealerships I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. They were honest from day one! Shout out to Paul for taking care of me and our family and making sure it was right !

I would like to thank Paul the Used Car Manager for not calling me back. Because of him i saved myself money on a higher car payment, more money in fuel and higher insurance. He promised he would call me back after his day off so they could find me a truck that i was interested in. Well he didn't. And this is not the first time he didnt call me back. So because of you Paul i decided to keep my truck and hold onto my $5500 down payment. Thanks Champion for looking out for me!!!!
