“My experience with them was great! I have been looking for a very specific Trailblazer for a while now and they had exactly what I was looking for. Kaitlin got with me right away to set up an appointment time to be able to check the vehicle out. I met with Bennett who was very friendly and courteous. He made sure to show me all the features the vehicle had to offer which just made me love it even more. Melissa was the one who helped me with the financing end and she too was very nice and helpful with the whole process. My appointment was at 5:00 and they closed at 6:00, and I didn’t get out of there until almost 7:00 but neither Bennett or Melissa ever seemed like they were trying to rush me through the process to get out of there. They were professional and still detail oriented no matter how late it got. I made the short drive to La Grange to find out why no one beats a Champion and I would very much recommend them for your next car buying experience!”

I had a good experience all around from Kaitlin Woods “online rep” to Vicki “sales Rep”. No pressure to buy anything. Asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I wanted to pay “ my budget”. I’m happy to say I got the truck I wanted in my price range! Thank you all involved and a big shout out to the finance advisor! Sorry I don’t have her name in front of me. I would definitely send others to Champion Chevrolet in Lagrange KY !

My experience at Champion was exactly That!!! It started with Kaitlin, who responded to me immediately from my inquiry from the web. She set me up with John Moseley for me to look at a vehicle. It was perfect and not an understatement at all! To be frank, John got the deal done! With the help from Paul who was also key to that. Thank, Paul! Excellent purchase experience. Allen Bolden (Sales) was a pleasure to deal with. We discussed price and financing options openly and there were no hidden agendas. When I went for my test drive and reviewed the contract, everything was as discussed. In addition, I want to thank Sarah Waits & Kaitlin Woods from the Customer Care Team and Melissa Sutton from Finance who were extremely helpful in addressing any other questions I had.
