Above and beyond service. Had a combo flat tire and dead battery on a day that was jam packed with high priority work and they squeezed me in after lunch. They got me a warranty battery and the best price I’d found on a new tire in the city of Louisville since it had already been determined it could not be repaired. Those poor guys in the service office are incredibly nice and work so hard. I just wish they weren’t so burdened with stacks and stacks of paperwork. I would have been on my way even faster if not for the paperwork delays. In 2023 there has to be a better way.

We LOVED our purchase experience at Champion! It was truly the way car buying should be. My whole experience with Champion has been wonderful, from Todd Waits, my salesman, who was friendly, informative but not pushy to the service department. I had an issue with my SUV shortly after buying, instead of saying sorry about your luck, they got me in quickly and fixed it at no charge to me....... how is that for customer service! Would definitely buy from then again and have already recommended to several friends. They really are all about making their customers happy.
