Dented my vehicle while having work done. They parked snug between 2 white trucks and wondered where the white crusted paint dent came from. To there credit they did fix. Treated like a bother when I schedule appointments. Probably because I have GM extended warranty.

I must tell you, Mr. John Richards salesman Excalibur, Has the patience of Job. We bought the vehicle from out of state and he had it all ready for us when we got there to test drive and made sure that it was clean and gassed up when it was time to go. In the meantime, There were many kinks that I needed to work out to be able to purchase the vehicle in terms of credit reporting and so forth. (my credit was locked) And he took the time and the interest to continue to work with us through all the paperwork and make sure that we were quite satisfied customers when we walked out the door. My husband John had his truck repaired here after someone hit it while parked. Second repair here and each experience better than the last, and as part of repair were able to repair separate scratch. Kudos James, Kyle and team. Recommend.
